Mexican Decaf
Milk chocolate, nutty, sweet. Grown at 1,000 masl in northern Chiapas, Mexico. A naturally processed decaf blend of Bourbon, Caturra, Typica, and Catuaí—99.9% caffeine free.
Recommended for caffeine-free enjoyment, sweet lattes, and medium-strength filter brews.
Backstory
In the quiet hills of Chiapas, Don Álvaro and his niece Camila tend their coffee trees beneath the stars. Their beans are decaffeinated using water from Pico de Orizaba, preserving flavour without the caffeine. Each harvest is slow and careful, producing a smooth, balanced cup that honours tradition and welcomes rest.
