In the highlands of Yirgacheffe, Abebe Tesfaye walks slowly through his forest farm, listening to the land. His daughter Mekdes joins him, learning the craft with quiet focus. Their washed heirloom beans reveal bright, floral notes shaped by altitude, tradition, and care.
