We like to keep things simple here:

Standard Delivery (3-5 Working Days) - £3.50

Over £50 - Free

We use multiple carriers depending on the size and weight of the parcel. These are usually Hermes and Royal Mail.

We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours of placing your order Monday - Friday but sometimes this may not be the case and can take longer in busy periods.

Note: If you place an order after 12pm on a Friday we will not dispatch until Monday. 

We do not process orders on Saturday & Sunday.

Fear not, if for any reason your coffee or products have not arrived after 5 days and your tracking link isn't working, simply email us at support@boldcoffe.co.uk. We will do everything to track your order down.

We aim for a 24 hour response time and will make things right.

Yes! If you order 1 or 2 250g bags then they will fit through your letter box. Any more and they will be delivered via royal mail standards.

Returns are easy! If you're not satisfied, simply return your product within 30 days in its original condition for a refund or exchange—no questions asked.

Unfortunately due to Coffee being a food item it cannot be returned.

Tasting notes are the flavours you may encounter when drinking our coffee! This isn’t to be confused with the actual flavour of the coffee its more of a hint of what you can expect. For example, there could be a whisky tasting note because it’s a bold, acidic flavour.

Bear in mind that taste is different for everyone depending on your pallet.
