Resting Before Dispatch

After cooling, our beans are rested to allow the flavours to settle and mature. This resting period is essential — it gives the coffee time to degas and develop its full flavour profile. We never rush this stage. Only when the beans are ready do we pack and dispatch them — fresh, bold, and perfectly balanced. It’s our way of ensuring that every bag you receive is at its peak.
