Processed at Cafenor, a family-run mill in Northern Santa Ana, the Valiente family — with coffee roots dating back to 1890 — bring generations of expertise into every batch.
Expect a beautifully balanced cup with notes of toffee, smooth chocolate, and bright orange citrus. Roasted to a medium level, it shines as a juicy, sweet filter or a clean, proper espresso.
