Backstory

In the hills of Sul de Minas, Pedro Gabarra and his sister Mariana manage their family’s farm with quiet precision. Sustainability guides every decision—from preserving native forest to drying cherries under the sun. Their Mundo Novo trees thrive in rich soil and soft light, producing a coffee that’s sweet, balanced, and deeply connected to the land they protect.
