Backstory
On the volcanic slopes above Lake Toba, Pak Surya tends his coffee trees with care passed down from his mother. His niece Ayu studies fermentation, hoping to build a wet mill for their community. Their beans are wet-hulled, revealing deep, earthy flavors shaped by mist, soil, and tradition.
