Isabellas Sunrise

Sweet, plum, chocolate. Grown at 1200–1450 masl on the southern face of Cerron Grande in Apaneca, El Salvador. A washed mix of Pacamara and Bourbon from the Rainforest Alliance–certified Las Isabellas farm.

Recommended for espresso, sweet milk-based drinks, and rounded filter brews.

Backstory
On the slopes of Apaneca, Doña Rosa tends Las Isabellas with her grandson Mateo. The farm is surrounded by forest, springs, and waterfalls—175 acres of natural beauty. Rosa learned the craft from her father and now passes it on with quiet pride. Their washed beans reflect the land’s richness and a family’s resilience.
